This interactive, self-paced course goes beyond theory to equip students with practical tools for real-world impact. Students will learn proven leadership strategies and communication techniques that can be applied to student government roles, clubs, and community projects. They will also access resume templates and receive personalized feedback. Students will earn a certificate upon completion.

Yolanda Keith
Principal Consultant & CEO
Ms. Keith has significantly contributed to leadership roles at UNC-Chapel Hill. Her responsibilities included fostering meaningful relationships with key stakeholders such as college admissions professionals, school and district administrators, community leaders, and strategic sponsors. Through these partnerships, she spearheaded initiatives focused on college admission, enrollment, equity, and inclusion.
Throughout her career in higher education and non-profit leadership, Ms. Keith has successfully developed sustainable state-wide programs, overseen federal, national, state, and community grants, and implemented efficient processes and effective policies that have made a tangible impact. She has worked with rural and urban school districts to ensure all students have access to higher education.
